Among the awards being presented at NASS 2016 are The Spine Journal Outstanding Paper Awards, which will be presented at 1:05 pm on Thursday, October 27.
The Spine Journal and NASS created the Outstanding Paper Awards to recognize excellence in unpublished research in spine care. Each year, TSJ and NASS offer up to four awards for an outstanding paper in the following categories: Basic Science, Surgical Science, Medical & Interventional Science, and Value in Spine Care.
Winning manuscripts receive a $10,000 prize and will be published in an early 2017 issue of TSJ. Winning authors will present their work from the main podium Thursday and take questions following the awards presentations.
